What is your online return policy?

If you are not satisfied with the items you have received, you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original, resaleable condition.

Once returned, you will be entitled to an exchange or refund, excluding original postage and packaging. We cannot return or replace items that appear to be worn, washed or not in original condition.

International returns

International returns must be borne by the customer. We recommend using your local postal service or courier:

● If you do not already have a return form, please download, print and complete the return form.

● Make sure your return is well packaged and meets all of the conditions listed below.

● Please clearly mark "Return" on the outer packaging of the package and most importantly make sure to check the "Return" option on the customs declaration to prevent any import charges and taxes from being levied.

● Attach the completed return form with your item and return to our website at the address below.

If you wish to return any item to the nearest return address, please contact our customer service. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.

Note: Please do not send returns to the address on the package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
